Application Fields
1. RDP flame retardant exhibits excellent compatibility with nylon PA, causing no adverse effects on its tensile strength or toughness while reducing thermal deformation at high temperatures. It is widely used in intake manifolds, motor housings, electronic equipment enclosures, etc.
2. RDP exhibits good temperature resistance, withstanding processing temperatures of 280-320°C. It is suitable for complex injection-molded parts like cooling fans, connectors, and precision instrument housings.
3. RDP can be used in TPU films, hoses, or molded products, including automotive wiring harness sheaths, industrial conveyor belts, and building waterproofing materials. It exhibits good compatibility with TPU's polar groups, resists migration, and maintains flame retardancy over extended use.
Packaging
Packaged in iron drums, net weight 250 kg.
RDP flame retardant possesses certain toxicity and may irritate skin, eyes, and respiratory tract. During handling, avoid inhaling vapors or mist droplets and prevent contact with skin and eyes. If contact occurs, immediately rinse with copious amounts of water and seek prompt medical attention. RDP requires relatively low addition levels, typically achieving flame retardancy standards at 5%-15%. Compliant with environmental regulations such as RoHS and REACH, it is suitable for developing eco-friendly materials. It provides both flame retardancy and plasticizing effects, improving material processability.
