PBT Halogen-Free Flame Retardant Masterbatch LXM-M3971

PBT Halogen-Free Flame Retardant Masterbatch LXM-M3971 based on PBT resin. It is primarily used to modify PBT products, imparting them with highly effective flame retardant properties while also ensuring comprehensive mechanical, processing, and weathering properties. Compared to conventional PBT flame retardants, it offers excellent dispersion, a non-blooming property, high flame retardant efficiency, and is bromine-free, antimony-free, and halogen-free.

 

I. Product Features

1. LXM-M3971 utilizes special processing and dispersion technologies to enhance the dispersion of the flame retardant while improving the performance of the halogen-free flame-retardant PBT.

2. The highly thermally stable particles eliminate the problems of feeding and dispersion caused by flame retardant powder during processing, ensuring a stable process and improving the operating environment.

3. Combined with a special dispersing agent, the PBT flame retardant masterbatch addresses the pain points of directly adding powdered flame retardants, which can lead to agglomeration and poor interfacial bonding with the resin. The surface of the molded PBT product will not show white spots or oily substances.

Volatile matter (105℃/2hr≤0.5%)

III. Reference Dosage

Can be used in combination with other flame retardants/masterbatches or alone. In a PBT+GF30% system: 29% V-0 (1.6mm), GWIT: 775℃/2mm

 

IV. Packaging, Storage, and Transportation

25 kg/bag; Store in a dry, ventilated area, away from moisture and heat.

 

PBT halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch LXM-M3971 is non-corrosive and far less corrosive to processing molds, screws, and electronic components than bromine-antimony systems, extending equipment life. It is less affected by temperature and humidity, resists migration and decomposition during use, and maintains a stable flame retardant effect.
